Susah untuk jelasin visi professional tanpa mengaitkan ke visi personal. If I may share, my personal vision is probably best represented by this quote from this 2013 movie, Secret Life of Walter Mitty: “To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life.” It's etched on my wallet and I really believe it aja sih. But when I bring it to professional context in terms of aligning with others, I guess my philosophy is that "You can always learn something from anyone, the good, the bad, the small things, the big thoughts, their words, their gestures. There's always something that can benefit you from everything they do". Artinya datang dengan objektif, jangan ngejudge, tanpa keberpihakan, tanpa asumsi. Dengarkan. Lalu ya pahami dan pelajari dengan empati. Itu semua akan membantu mengambil keputusan. Dari interaksi apapun, baik atau buruk, lama atau cepat, pasti akan mendapatkan sesuatu. Dan honestly malah lebih banyak dapat lesson dari interaksi yang gak ngenakin. Karena you learn more from failures right?
