Is your current company ideal? If so, can you please tell us? If not, what part of it's not ideal? what do you think about your team? why GIZ?
Chasing ideals or perfection will only lead to disappointment. But going without clear end goal in mind isn't wise either as it could make you end up in places you don't want. With that said, for me an ideal workplace is one that: 1. Values your performance fairly 2. Aligns with your professional vision 3. Understands personal boundaries with empathy 4. Supportive team 5. Mentoring lead Those are like the basics. For me personally, I would add: 6. Operates in sectors that does not give a net harm to the environment and society. 7. Dealing with waste management, circular economy and sustainability.
