I am passionate about getting people to understand that STRESS is associated even with events that we WELCOME and find rewarding. STRESS occurs in ANY situation where we have to adapt to changes and expectations - whether for Good or Bad... and we need to take them ALL in to account in assessing how much Stress we are under.
