What places have you worked from as a Digital Nomad?

Do you have any recommendations as to where to begin as a digital nomad? Sounds like a brave adventure that probably has some pitfalls others could avoid.

I think it could start with something you are good at and someone would pay you for a part-time job or project, maybe it's similar to your current job but only it's part-time/project basis, and if you could live in a place with a cost that is less than your earning, it should start to work. For pitfalls, I recommend trying different things at the same time, to avoid the potential risk if one main source of income doesn't work. And maybe try to build/share in public to establish personal brand awareness, it's something that you could bring with you everywhere. About places, I love my digital nomad friends who went to warmer counties when it's in the winter and move back to US/Europe when it's summer. My personal favorite is Thailand, excluding the hot weather, I love the food, massage, and low-cost living there :) Planning to travel to Portugal next year, haven't been to Europe before and most of my digital nomad friends recommend Portugal so much! Can't wait!
