What are your long-term career goals and how do you plan on achieving them?

For me, my long-term career goal is to become a senior manager at a leading tech company. To achieve this goal, I plan on continuing to learn and develop my skills in the field through education and professional development opportunities. I also plan on networking with industry professionals and seeking out mentors to guide me on my career path. Additionally, I am committed to consistently delivering high-quality work and building a strong reputation within the industry. I believe that by focusing on these areas and setting clear goals for myself, I will be able to achieve my long-term career aspirations. Does it make sense? And what about yours?

Being in a different season of life, Iโ€™m currently winding down my career, in pursuit of my joy. You have a lovely career path laid out before you, be sure to include some joy in it daily. I love the people I work with, and that is what makes it easy to get up & look forward to what is left of my career. Nurturing the relationships with people you are working with will take you a long way towards an enjoyable career. Networking has always been challenging for me as an introvert, yet personal one on one makes it easier because it gave me someone to connect with in the discomfort of large gatherings. I love to listen to the personal life experiences of those around me and plugging into what brings others joy is a quick connector, in life or in business. Remember when you are managing, everyone is going through some personal trial at some point. If you find the being within the person, it will help with empathy during difficult circumstances. The career path should be a large part of the life path. Joy is the divining rod to lead you. Follow what gives you energy while nurturing those around you. It is ๐Ÿ’ฏ the way to enjoy a long career.
