It’s taking time to be grateful for my body, to cherish it with healthy food, to bring it joy by moving it more, by growing it with new experiences. Even just stopping and taking the time to breathe correctly. Gratitude helps to remind me of the value in simple things and leads to a viral loop of improvement.
