ummmm, yes they’re conducting a genocide plus ethnic cleansing, if this war was 100 years ago with no media to cover what’s happening and with the same military tech, they would’ve completed it sooner. I can’t say to the ICC, but their ruling is just defamation even if they ruled forward, nothing groundbreaking.
