Go for delegates one by one if you are going for more experienced delegates. Catch the first timers and the ones that really dont have a clue of what is happening, Use common sense and general knowledge to prove why the person who's obviously dominating committee is actually dominating, and why they, as their countries should not trust them. Use the individuals and build a unit, oppose the other's lobby and start turning heads.
