in lets say a 1.30 min mod or gsl speech how many legalities should we use, at least the maximum bar, would be great if you could specify a ball park range for hrc, crisis and like sc or something. Also does quoting the exact article have any benefit in the points section or is it just best to say the convention and move on?

I am sure around 30 seconds of legality, or enough legality to substantiate what you say is right and makes sense should be enough. Pointing the exact article to prove a particular point is good. Just dont throw out 5 articles randomly like a rapper, as an eb i wud def omit that
