Reso making should usually be done be done with vague words, making sure it's flexible for all your country's stances, and make sure it can be bent in the future (Just saying). Other than that, Make sure the reso isnt detailed and so big that ppl have the ability to close point of orders on it, which is going to lead to the reso being scrapped. 3-4 clauses max.
