我目前熟悉的 workflows 有兩種， 一種是我們團隊最主要的 workflow： Todo / Doing / Blocked & Waiting / Done / Closed 大部分的任務會先進到 Todo，每天大家選擇要做的事情移到 Doing，做完後就移動到 Done ，讓 PM 確認驗收，確認完成後就會移到 Closed。有時某件事還在等客戶回覆、還在等其他協作者，就會暫時移到 Blocked & Waiting。 我自己還蠻喜歡這個流程，大家運作起來也還算順暢。 而我自己在閱讀文章時，使用的是 Readwise Reader 內建的 Later / Shortlist / Archive 流程， 所有待讀的文章都會先放進 Later ，當我讀完並做完筆記後會移到 Shortlist，而當我把這些筆記都移到 Heptabase 裡面處理後，會再把這篇文章移到 Archive 。 我最近在思考個人任務管理的 workflow 流程，好奇大家是怎麼做的。 歡迎留下你的作法！ ------- There are two types of workflows that I am currently familiar with. One is the main workflow of our team: Todo / Doing / Blocked & Waiting / Done / Closed Most of the tasks will go to Todo first, and we will choose what to do to Doing everyday, and then move to Done for PM to confirm the acceptance, and then move to Closed when it's properly checked, sometimes something is still waiting for customer's reply or other collaborators, so it will move to Blocked & Waiting temporarily. I still like this process myself, and it works quite smoothly for everyone in my team. In another situation, when I read articles, I use the Later / Shortlist / Archive process from Readwise Reader. All articles to be read will be put into Later first, and then moved to Shortlist when I finish reading and making notes, and then moved to Archive after I have moved all these notes to Heptabase for processing.
