What are your long-term career goals and how do you plan on achieving them?

For me, my long-term career goal is to become a senior manager at a leading tech company. To achieve this goal, I plan on continuing to learn and develop my skills in the field through education and professional development opportunities. I also plan on networking with industry professionals and seeking out mentors to guide me on my career path. Additionally, I am committed to consistently delivering high-quality work and building a strong reputation within the industry. I believe that by focusing on these areas and setting clear goals for myself, I will be able to achieve my long-term career aspirations. Does it make sense? And what about yours?

For the next year, I plan to have "no plans". I would rather remain fluid and flexible in my approach and take things as they come. In January 2022, I did not have any of these things - a network of welcoming and warm people who are helpful and supportive as well, a source of income, emotional stability, information about finances, opportunities. But as we are approaching 2023, I have had all these things and more! I am so happy that 2022 was full of learnings, lessons, amazing conversations, rewarding opportunities, and most importantly, a year full of holistic growth. Long term goals - witness exponential holistic growth in all aspects of life - professional, mental, social, emotional, spiritual areas of life. I'm going to achieve them by continuing to do what I did last year - by remaining patient and more importantly - by being open and receptive to new opportunities .. by being acceptable towards things as they come and as they go.
