If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice when you were just starting out in your career, what would it be and why?

How do you think following that advice would have impacted the path you have taken in your professional life?

The most impactful thing I could tell my younger self is that the ADHD ups and downs are here to stay, and that it's fine. Dreams will shatter, yet new ones will be born; plans will crash, but better ones will form. This advice would not have changed my path, but it would have changed the way I felt about it throughout the whole way: understanding who I am and how I act, rather than expecting myself to be what I can't. I would advise my younger self to keep track of every plan, deed and success, because we tend to forget those and focus on our overwhelm, inaction and failures. The past is gone, but future begins now, whenever that is.
