I’m PASSIONATE about helping businesses, business owners, and entrepreneurs; not just succeed, but getting them to have new perspective, be more open-minded to change because it’s just part of being in business. My goal is not to sell, but to help. So, if I can identify solutions that are investments (NOT expenses) allowing them to improve efficiently and effectively in multiple ways to scale at a solid pace. Our goal is to promote ongoing improvement by understanding what analytics matter to their business, identify what is working, what isn’t, where time can be saved, tasks can be delegated or outsourced, focus on client retention so they’re not spending time/money replacing clients that could have stayed on….and ultimately offering clients the most seamless user experience possible to get these results. I’m passionate when the results are exceeded, our clients are happy, and at that point, and ONLY that point, we are successful. I could have simply said “helping people” but it’s the process I enjoy. People fear change, but in order to succeed you must consistently figure out how/where/why/what is necessary to adjust. And, if the solutions we offer aren’t a good fit, I’ll be transparent and tell them why. It’s not fair to anyone, and it’s bad business. Why am I so passionate about helping business owners succeed? I’ve been one for the past 20 + years and learned almost all the really tough lessons the hard/expensive ways due to Avoidable Costly Mistakes (ACMs), an acronym I coined after losing a 6 year old business that was quite successful due to not being prepared for unforeseen circumstances life throws us. I’ve suffered a lot of loss of loved ones, including my Mom, wife and entire family. I think that makes me very empathetic as well. So, that’s what I'm passionate about and why. Respectfully, Scott Fischer
